Last night, I went to The Cheesecake Factory with a friend who had never been there. And he thought that it would be fun to make me order for him since I think he was a little overwhelmed by the book of a menu. Pressure! So I ordered him a steak, which was actually really tender and good (he shared a bite) and then it came to dessert, I didn't have to choose his cheesecake, thank goodness. For those that really know me, know that as much a I love cheesecake, after getting sick off it years ago- I just can't eat too much at one time. So I normally order my cheesecake to go, so I eat a few bites in the restaraunt and then the rest at home. Last night I tried something new and it was delicious. Dulce de Leche Caramel - I ate it all! It was so good - very light and creamy, not too rich or heavy. As much a I love the Chocolate Tuxedo, this Dulce de leche caramel just might be my new favorite.

Yes!! We are just friends! That night was really weird - he had just found out that his cousin was killed and he got in an accident that totaled his car too. It was a little awkward because he was not quite himself, but none the less - FRIENDS!!
i went there a couple weeks ago and brought that home for my husband...turns out he thought that was the best cheesecake ever.
