PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIE COOKIES

Ingredients
1 (19.5 oz) Fudge Brownie Mix
1/4 c. butter, melted
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 large egg
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 can chocolate fudge frosting (Philsbury)
Directions
Heat over to 350.
Beat brownie mix, melted butter, cream cheese and egg in medium bowl with spoon until well blended (about 50 strokes). Dough will be sticky.
Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets to make 24 cookies; smooth edges of each to form round cookie.
Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter in small bowl with spoon until mixture forms a ball. With hands, roll rounded teaspoonfuls of peanut butter mixture into 24 balls.
Lightly press 1 ball into each ball of dough.
Bake 10-14 minutes or until edges are set.
Cool on cookie sheet at least 30 minutes.
Spread frosting over peanut butter portions (only) of each cooled cookie.
My mom made these the other night and if you love peanut butter, you will LOVE these. No joke- probably one of the best cookies I have ever had!! And I believe that I overheard Jon proclaim them as the most incredible thing he's ever eaten.

They look good....if you like peanut butter. I'm sure Josh would love them. I love how expressive Jon is about food.
