I love Tuesdays because that means it's The Biggest Loser night! I've been trying to post this clip from last weeks episode but for the life of me I can't get it to work. So please click on the link below and witness Jillian at her best! I personally could not handle her, but for those that need major motivation (as the contestants do) she is probably the best. And looking back at seasons past - she knows what she's doing and what works because she knows how to bring home the biggest losers.
Should all of our mottos be to not quit unless we faint, puke or die?!

I do agree, that isn't a bad motto. I think I would have to have Jillian as my trainer. I would spend too much time staring at Bob.
