Maybe it's just me, but I'm always looking for a good book, and now that I have found one (actually 3) that I'm really liking- I thought I'd pass the info on to anyone who might be interested:
Sisters of the Quilt series by Cindy Woodsmall. There are 3 books, the first one being When the Heart Cries. I'm currently onto #2 When the Morning Comes and after I skip over to Last Song, I'll finish the series with When the Soul Mends.
Without giving too much away, I'll just say it's about an Amish girl who faces some seriously unfortunate circumstances and then has to deal with how her community reacts/treats her. I don't know why but books about Amish girls seem to be a good fit for me because Plain Truth by Jody Picoult is excellent too.
