Hind-sight

I had a little extra time at the gym this morning before I needed to get ready to go to work, so thinking I'd be really good and do some extra cardio I went to town. Not a good idea! 30 minutes running on the tredmill, doing intervals between a speed of 5.2 and 6.5 and then inclines ranging 2-12 and then 20 minutes on the stairmaster!
Needless to say - My legs now ache. Next time a have a little extra time at the gym, maybe I should stick with the bike or better yet maybe a few laps in the pool....
